  Dear Dad,

You are the one that has always said no one will hurt you while I’m here. But that one night when you were not home, I was scared I didn’t know what to do so I sat and cried. When you asked me what had happened I told you, you were angry and upset. You told me no one will hurt you because I am here and no one is going to hurt you while I am here. I know you love me and care and you will not let anything hurt me. You would give your life for me and I love that you would do that for me. I know you might yell at me when I do something wrong but I know you love me and want the best.

Proudest Moment

My proudest moment would have to be when I first saw my niece. She was so tiny and adorable, she is now about 9 months old she was suppose to be born August 6th, 2007 but she came a month and 4 days early she was born on July 2nd, 2007. She is a lot bigger and stronger than what she was when she was born. Michelle my Brother Jamie’s wife was pregnant but had a miss carriage. Michelle is a great sister-in-law and a great mother; she protects Abigail so much she loves her little girl. Abigail Madison VanVorst is my niece’s full name. Everyone calls her Abby and always will be my little niece that I love. The first time I held her my mother said she’s tinier than your old baby dolls that you used to play with when you were little. I saw her 3 times already but I don’t get to see her that often because of my brother is so busy with baseball and racing so I don’t get to see her as often. She looks a lot like her father who will always be there for Abby and I and will never hurt this little girl that he loves.

Pool and Field Essay

Another pool would be great! Swimming is so much fun, in my opinion swimming is fun and I love to swim. Why not has another swimming pool? Here are my reasons why we should have another swimming pool.

There could be two games of swimming going on at the same time. People could have something to do so that they would not get into trouble. Plus your parents or you won’t have to waste money on membership cards. The school could use it for the end of the year party and swimming builds stamina and endurance.

Another field would be great! When I play on a field its so much fun even though you might be playing with people you don’t know but you can make friends with them. You can play with your friends and your new friends. Also different games could be going on at the same time; also it can help kids not get into trouble.

Accomplishment

I am so happy that I am writing this essay because I love talking and writing about me! I have a lot of personal accomplishments and goals but I’m not here to write about my personal goals. My name is Christyne and I love to write about me or just write. A few of my personal accomplishments would be being able to talk to my friends knowing they are there for I me in my time of need, knowing how fun and crazy my family is, learning how I can succeed if I just believe in myself. And other accomplishments but these are the ones that I want to talk about to you. Like right now in this present time my friends might come and go or we might fight but when I need them they are always there whether we just got into a fight or something weird. Like now two of my friends and I are not speaking because of something that I did (not going to say that thing) but when I needed them the most they weren’t there but I have other good friends that stuck up for me and to tell them to back off. Knowing that I have good friends that have my back and that they will be there for me in the long run in my life I know that I’ll be okay. Every year my mom’s work as this picnic well not even a picnic just a party for all the staff members, their family, and friends we always go their and the two major events are Jungle Jims and the movies. At Jungle Jims I mostly spend my time with my family like my uncle, cousins, sister, brothers, mom, dad, and my aunt. When I’m with them I feel like I really am at a party because they are so much fun and they are crazy especially my uncle when he and I are around each other we have so much fun we talk and we just play around. This report card that we got yesterday for our 5th marking period was great. I thought I failed but I was proved wrong, I got 3 A’s and 1 C. My mom was so proud of me and my dad to my first real great report card; she said that was great now that report card that proved me wrong is hanging up on the fridge. Yesterday was a good day we got out of school early and I got a good report card. Succeeding made me feel great yesterday and now I know what I can accomplish if I just believe in myself and try my best!

The Accident

It was my brother’s birthday he was turning twenty years old. We took our brand new truck it was a Ford f150. We went out to go and get my birthday present like we usually do but it was freezing outside. The people that went with us were my mom, my dad, and of course me. We went to Game Stop first to see if they had the game I wanted they didn’t but I got a different game. When we left there we went to the store and got what we needed for my cake and when we reached the light we stopped because it was red and when it turned green we went to turn and go down the road to go home.

Then my mom turned to talk to my dad and she was in the passenger seat I was in the back in the middle seat and then when she turned she saw this truck and the driver was going faster than the speed limit and before she could tell my dad that a car was coming it was to late he had hit us right in the driver’s side door I was scared out of my mind my dad was mad. My mom couldn’t even believe it. The guy that hit us was very sorry.

The guy that hit us was eighteen and had curly blondish hair. His was also driving a truck but his was a Toyota he was from out of state. My dad was tall people thought he was scary, he is sort of bald. He has hazel eyes and he is about 49 years old. My mom is not that tall she has curly brown hair she has brown eyes and she is either 42 or 43 years old.

What happened was we went to go home after the store and when we got to the light it turned red so we waited until the light turned green and when we went to turn my mom was about to talk to my dad and when she turned her face to talk she saw the car but before we could have reacted WAM! The truck had hit us, but when he hit us he was trying to turn and he could have hit the car behind us which had I think a little girl about five years old and it looked like a new born behind their father.

The outcome of this event was okay everyone turned out fine but I kept on thinking oh gosh I could have lost my dad all because of this reckless young driver. But when I got home I learned a very good lesson before turning you should look before doing so because you could get hurt. The feelings were very anger and sadness.
